Order Confirmation.
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided in your customer details. Remember to save it. NOTE: if you have not received a confirmation that your purchase has not gone through. Please contact us by mail or by phone, we will assist you. Order Confirmation is NOT the same as a confirmation that you have registered as a customer.
Delivery
The processing time is approximately 3 weeks from the time your order is placed. Please provide your mobile number for SMS notifications. If you are in a hurry so let us know when we have a few pallets of names in stock, if we are lucky, there just the name you wish.
Shipping
Shipping cost is 100: - for 1st stool, prices are in Sweden and the package sent by Schenker Privpak to the nearest agent. If you want to search for your package, please contact dates to broadcast nummret of us. To other countries we use the post office, shipping will vary depending on weight and country. NOTE: Unclaimed packages will be charged with 395 SEK. If you feel that you will be away for a time, please let us know when the package rests solely with the agent for 2 weeks and then returned to us and you must bear all additional costs. You can also pick up your pallet with us in Knivsta, Mon-Thurs 09-13, but let us know before you come.
Payment methods
At the checkout, select also the payment option you prefer. You can choose between
Klarna invoice - you choose the option Bill me, so get you an invoice via email, cost 49 SEK. You have 14 days to pay the invoice after you receive it.
Klarna split the payment, you choose the option split the payment and can then divide the payment for 3-24 months. Cost 49 SEK.
Credit card - You can choose to pay by the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, (no fee)
Credit card payments are handled by the Payson. Your credit card number is not stored with us.
Return policy
As a consumer, you, in accordance with distance agreement, the right to withdraw without giving any reason. However, you must notify us within 14 days after you have received your goods. In order to return the pallet, it must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Return the podium along with a copy of the order confirmation and enter your bank and account number for deposit of your expenses. You may have to pay the freight to r. The order confirmation, enter the cause of the return. " Goods may not be returned as cash on delivery. NOTE: Right does not apply to personally designed pallets.
Complaints
If you get a product that is defective or an incorrect delivery we will reimburse you for free with a new product. However, you must notify us within 60 days after you have received your goods. To return a product, this should be unused and in the condition it was when you receive it. Return the product together with the order confirmation or a copy of it! The order confirmation, type the return reason. Note: You must first contact the customer service to get the return pass and returned postage prepaid. NOTE: The motif on the legs can be a bit thinner than the paint on the other leg because of the technology that we are dripping with it. The hand painting is not possible.
